We provide comprehensive personal financial planning advice to help our clients achieve their lifestyle , retirement and legacy goals. In addition we help them to protect themselves and their loved ones financially by recommending and brokering the most appropriate life, health, general and specialty insurance policies. As part of our exciting growth plans we are looking to add suitably qualified members to our team.
The Opportunity
The Vanilla Financial Adviser Associate Training Program prepares ambitious self-starters to become Financial Advisers through mentorship by one of our Financial Advisers, intensive training and development. Our program will provide you with the tools, techniques and resources needed to create exceptional professional habits and build a sustainable client base. When you progress to be a Financial Adviser, you will be prepared to apply your knowledge and financial planning skills to provide clients with the solutions needed to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
Complete the Training Program in personal finance, financial protection, estate and retirement planning principles.
Effectively source business prospects and employ client acquisition techniques.
Balance referral activities, customer follow-ups and administrative tasks.
Comply with all regulatory requirements, including licensing and registrations.
Meet pre-determined activity goals as outlined in training program.
Requirements
- Holder of at least an Associate Degree and 3 years professional experience in business development, management, sales, legal, accounting, education, military, finance or other business –related fields.
- Exemplary communication, presentation, time-management and organizational skills.
- Talented at networking with businesses and personal communities.
- Successful completion of background check and pre-employment assessments.
- Successful completion IIFS and COP exams within the time frame agreed upon.
- Enrollment in an approved Financial Planning course of study.
